ABOUT US
The seed was sown when we, a bunch of MNC employees volunteered as Resident Welfare Association (RWA Committee) members to manage the facility management services in our Apartment complex , Bengaluru / Bangalore.
We implemented innovative measures using organic composting, solar power initiatives, rainwater harvesting, waste segregation etc. These creative solutions not only brought down the cost but also improved our surroundings and won the hearts of the residents.
Our efforts bore fruits as our residential community won the "Bengaluru Best Gated Community Award" in 2016!
That was when the idea of a service based organisation sparked our minds. Uniservice, Integra was born out of a desire to improve and elevate the living quality of residential apartments facility management services.

A Founder of NRR (NGO), A forum engaged in Plastic ban drive, Tree plantation, Solid waste management, Parks & Lake development activities, and Community welfare activities. Worked as Association, RWA's consultant for 2 years. Champions & volunteers at many citizens forum, drove
sustainable initiatives.
Self-driven & motivated entrepreneur with a proven track record of success & extraordinary achievements. He comes with 15+ years of business experience in product development & service industry. Uniservice is named as "South India Most Promising Brand" in 2019 by ZEE Business, CMO Global.
